By using mcaunderwriting.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and use the Service for business purposes.

2. What the Service is

The Service provides an assist-only, informational pre-read of bank-statement data. Outputs are generated in part by automated/AI extraction and must be independently verified. See our Disclaimer.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Billing

Paid features use credits purchased through Stripe. 1 credit = 1 business underwritten (that merchant’s full set of bank statements, up to 6 months — not one credit per statement). A credit is consumed when you unlock a deal’s full report; credits do not expire. Prices, credit amounts, and any refund terms are shown at purchase. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Taxes may apply.

5. Acceptable use

Only upload documents you are authorized to submit.
Don’t use the Service unlawfully, or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload it.
Your uploads are passed to Google’s Gemini API; you agree to comply with Google’s Prohibited Use Policy.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the Service to you — we save your statements and reports privately to your account so you can reopen and unlock your deals. You can delete any deal (its statements and report) at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Security page.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EXTRACTED FIGURES OR READS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You’ll indemnify us against claims arising from documents you weren’t authorized to upload or from your misuse of the Service.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

11. Changes & termination
